Kamloops Blazers hosting 2025 prospects camp this weekend

KAMLOOPS — The Kamloops Blazers will host another edition of their spring prospects development camp this weekend, May 23 to May 25.

The team will host 28 players aged 14 to 18 and their families during this weekend’s camp at Brock Arena in Kamloops. All 12 players chosen by the Blazers in the 2025 WHL Prospects Draft and US Prospects Draft will be in attendance.

In all, there will be three goaltenders, 10 defensemen and 15 forwards at camp.

A couple of players – Jacob Dumansky and Joaquin Geras – made their Blazers debuts at the end of the 2024-25 WHL season.

On-ice sessions at camp, which are open to the public, will be held between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday (May 24) and between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday (May 25).
